New York attorney Aaron Schlossberg threatened to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on Spanish-speaking workers at Midtown Fresh Kitchen.

“Your clients and your staff are speaking Spanish to staff when they should be speaking English,” he said in a video that was uploaded to Facebook and has since been viewed over a million times.

“My guess is they’re undocumented, so my next call is to ICE to have each one of them taken out of my country,” Schlossberg said. “If they have the balls to come here and live off my money—I pay for their welfare. I pay for their ability to be here.”

He was seen among Trump supporters at a protest in New York City last year, in support of conservative provocateurs Milo Yiannapoulos and Pamela Geller. He confronted a man on the street in 2016, calling him an “ugly f*cking foreigner.”

In the video, surrounded by Trump supporters, Schlossberg yells, “You are not a Jew!” He was apparently talking to a Jewish man who was critical of Israeli policy toward Palestinians. Another protester wearing a MAGA hat with an American flag wrapped around his neck tried to suggest Schlossberg not get so irate over the people heckling him. “They’re cowards, bro,” he said.

Shaun King, a left-wing political activist and columnist for The Intercept, found that Schlossberg’s law firm donated $500 to Donald Trump’s campaign.

Schlossberg has a practice in NYC and irony is that on his website he advertises consultations in Spanish.

Facebook, Yelp and Google pages for Schlossberg’s law office have been flooded by thousands of angry comments, leading to 1-star ratings. He has since deleted the Facebook page for the firm.

New York Congressman Adriano Espaillat tweeted Wednesday, “My office will be filing a formal legal grievance to the State Grievance Committee against Aaron Schlossberg due to his misconduct.”
