President Trump’s infamous Twitter account was suspended for 11 minutes Today — which he boasted was proof he’s “having an impact.”

Twitter blamed a customer support employee for taking the account offline on their last day on the job, and that anonymous ex-employee was hailed as a hero by many Twitter users who dread the president’s rants and threats.

The president addressed the brief outage Friday morning by boasting “word must finally be getting out” on his social media account, which has 41.7 million followers and, for better or worse, often drives news coverage.

“No politician in history — and I say this with great surety — has been treated worse or more unfairly,” said Donald Trump earlier this week.
